These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 4Gentic corporate website at www.4gentic.ai and any content, communications, or interactions we provide through it. 4Gentic is the operating brand of Agentic Chain INC. ("4Gentic", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Each of our subsidiary products is governed by its own terms of service that you accept when you sign up for that product. These Terms cover the 4Gentic corporate website only; product terms control inside a product.

1. Who we are

Agentic Chain INC. is a British Columbia company (BC Registry ID BC1572750), with its registered office in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It operates as an AI lab and as the parent of a portfolio of vertical AI ventures. Where these Terms refer to "4Gentic", they refer to Agentic Chain INC. and the 4Gentic-branded materials, websites, and communications it publishes.

2. What this site is, and what it is not

This site is an informational website that describes 4Gentic, our thesis, and the ventures we operate. The site is not itself an AI product. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, investment advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a binding commitment of any kind. Any forward-looking statements about products, ventures, or capabilities reflect our current expectations and may change without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

  • scrape, crawl, or harvest content beyond what a normal browser would request, or evade rate limits;
  • copy or reproduce material from the site for commercial use without our written permission;
  • upload, transmit, or link to anything that infringes a third party's rights or violates the law;
  • interfere with the site's operation, probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated security disclosure, or attempt to access data that is not yours;
  • impersonate 4Gentic, our team, or another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with us;
  • use the site to engage in harassment, hate speech, or any unlawful or fraudulent activity; or
  • use the site or any material we publish to train a third-party machine-learning model without our express written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules. We do not waive any right by tolerating a violation.

4. Intellectual property

The 4Gentic name, the 4Gentic logo, the design and code of this website, and the text, graphics, and other content we publish are owned by Agentic Chain INC. or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and read the site for your personal or internal business use. All other rights are reserved.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our work, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without obligation to you. Don't send us anything you consider confidential through the public contact form.

5. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites and embed third-party services (for example, fonts, analytics, or advertising pixels described in our Privacy Policy). We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal information through this site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it.

7. Communications

When you email us, fill in a contact form, or message us on WhatsApp, you authorize us to reply through the same channel and to retain the correspondence as described in the Privacy Policy. We may, but are not required to, respond to any particular message.

8. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions our warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will 4Gentic, its affiliates, or its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 4Gentic and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to the site and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for a reasonable period before they take effect. Your continued use of the site after the change is your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the site, except that either party may seek interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your residence.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices we publish on the site, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
